Plant HPP Label
Certified Energy Raters, LLC Modular High Performance Product label can be issued on every modular home that a plant builds. Once the plant has been certified by CER, the High Performance Product label shows your customers that your modular plant has a 3rd party verifier maintaining your performance quality assurance program.
This is additional assurance that the modular plant has built the home to a higher standard than basic building code.

*It should be noted that the HPP label is for the plant portion of the build and does not guarantee a High Performance Home unless final "field" performance testing and certification is achieved. This final step is at your customer’s option.
